Land value search for NSW landowners
Following an online registration process landowners or their authorised delegate can access land value details for their properties. Valuing years for 1 July 2005, 2006 and 2007 can be accessed free of charge on Land and Property Information searches at https://lpi-online.lpi.nsw.gov.au/cgi-bin/lpis/menu.pl?option=LVF. Up to 5 free land value searches are available per registration.
Land value search
Provides land value details for any property for any year which is available from Land and Property Information searches at https://lpi-online.lpi.nsw.gov.au/cgi-bin/lpis/menu.pl?option=LV. There is a fee payable for this search.
Land tax
Existing land tax clients may obtain their average land value for land tax purposes from the Office of State Revenue website www.osr.nsw.gov.au/taxes/land/. Landowners that are not existing land tax clients can obtain information about land tax by phoning the Office of State Revenue call centre on T: 1300 139 816.
