Land Value Search
The land value search facility is available to give landowners access to land values via this website or over the counter at Land and Property Information (LPI) valuation offices.
The land value search facility provides property details and land value information for properties in New South Wales.
NSW landowners or their authorised delegate can access their 1 July 2006, 2007 and 2008 land values free of charge, following this online registration process.
Upon registration you will receive an activation key which will allow you to perform up to five land value searches free of charge. Free search for NSW landowners.
All other land value searches are available online for a fee of $11.00 per property. Other searches may include those for a property for which you are not the registered owner or the registered owners authorised delegate, or searches for land values prior to 1 July 2006.
All land value searches obtained over the counter at LPI valuation offices incur a fee of $13.00 per property.
There is no provision to lodge an objection to a land value obtained through a land value search. For more information on the objection process please visit the Land value review page.
