Survey Portal information
The Department of Lands has developed an online Survey Services Portal (SSP). The Portal will provide survey sector clients with quick, cost-effective and reliable access to existing services; including ePlan, SCIMS, Document and Plan Inquiries, plan advice, lodgment of survey reports, and lodgment and download of survey control Locality Sketch Plans.
The SSP also provides access to new survey search resources including the Cadastral Records Enquiry, copies of Charting and Reference Maps, map and plan indexes, and other tools.
Access arrangements for new Survey Services Portal users
To apply for access, please download the SSP Information Pack (ZIP 984 kb) and complete the SSP Application form which is available in either PDF or online format.

- Open, complete and print the interactive form at http://www.six.nsw.gov.au/cgi-bin/ssp/registration.pl
Print and sign your completed SSP Application form and return to Lands at following address:

After access approval from Lands, each individual user will be provided with an individual login and password, and the URL for the survey services portal.
