LPMA provides access to the land titling records of the State of New South Wales in a variety of ways including over the counter, through this website or through a network of approved information brokers.
This ensures the best possible service to our clients by making innovative remote delivery solutions available to meet the needs of different client groups, such as individuals, the conveyancing community, surveyors, solicitors, real estate agents and others involved in business activities involving land and property information.

Identity fraud
In any transaction affecting land, be it a sale or a purchase or establishing a mortgage over land, it is important to confirm the identity of the parties involved in the transaction.
To ensure you don’t become a victim of identity fraud when dealing with land, it is recommended that stringent processes be adopted in verifying the identity of person(s) claiming a right to deal with the land.
How do I verify the identity of a person claiming a right to deal with land?
Access hours
Access to computerised title information is presently available daily, between the hours of 1.00 am and 12 midnight (EST), including weekends and public holidays.
Search costs and payment method
Payment can only be made by way of credit card debit using Mastercard or Visa cards. The cost for the supply of information is inclusive of any applicable GST costs. A Tax Invoice will be included with the search result.

Information required to perform a search
You will need to know the folio identifier (title reference) of the title to be searched. If you do not know this information it may be obtained from the land or property description shown on your council rates, water rates or valuation notice. Visit the Online Shop to access all these services.
Over the Counter
Copies of documents through the over the counter delivery service in LMPA Queens Square office including title searches, images of dealings and plans and other documents.
