Search fees
Over the Counter
Copies of Documents (Over the Counter delivery - includes title searches, images of dealings and plans and other documents).
Cost is $12.50 for most documents. See LPI Circular 2008/5 for further details.
Note: Street address, prior title, and lots created searches are available free of charge
Online
Payment for search services can only be made by way of credit card debit. The cost for the supply of information is inclusive of any applicable GST costs. A tax invoice will be included with the search result. From 1st July 2007 only Mastercard and Visa Cards will be accepted.
