Products and services fees
Fees for key land title products and services from 1 July 2008 are:
To lodge a dealing $92.00
To lodge a deposited plan or strata plan (2 lots or less) $1025.00 (minimum)
To lodge a deposited plan or strata plan (more than 2 lots) $1230.00 (minimum)
To lodge a community plan $1640.00 (minimum)
To purchase a copy of a land title document:
Over the counter $12.50
Online via http://lpi-online.lpi.nsw.gov.au $10.75 (inc GST)
