This form may be used to add additional material to a Water Access Licence dealing. (NB: an annexure may also be generated from within the interactive dealing form).
Vests a water access licence in an entitled party following annulment of a bankruptcy.

Used by the lender to to remove a Mortgage from a Water Access Licence when the debt has been paid.
Removes from a Water Access Licence a mortgage which has been discharged by the lender.
