Wollongong Harbour and Foreshore
The NSW Department of Lands recently called for Expressions of Interest from interested parties for the redevelopment of Wollongong Harbour and Foreshore.
The redevelopment will be by way of a lease agreement between Lands and the proponent for one or more of the sites within the project area.
EOIs were sought from 19 November 2007 to 22 February 2008.
Submissions are currently under review.
