Coffs Harbour Jetty Foreshore Precinct
In 2008 the Land and Property Management Authroity called for Expressions of Interest (EOI) from the private sector to design, build and operate tourist and maritime facilities that support a new vision for a working harbour.
Commercial development opportunities exist for a range of tourist facilities and services (including tourist attractions and tourist accomodation), and maritime facilities including marina/s and support services.
EOIs were sought from 30 June to 21 August 2008.
Submissions are currently under review.
