Batemans Bay Marina
The Department of Lands has recently entered into an agreement with Batemans Bay Marina Developments Pty Ltd, (BBMD) to operate and redevelop the Batemans Bay Marina into a new state of the art marina and associated onshore developments.
Under the agreement BBMD will seek planning approvals for the project through the NSW Department of Planning and any relevant Commonwealth agencies. Subject to development consent being granted, redevelopment works will include the construction of a new 240 berth marina, a dry-storage facility for smaller craft, workshops, commercial offices, retail outlets, a conference centre, tourist accommodation facility and various public amenities.
