Anna Bay Tourism Opportunity
The NSW Department of Lands recently called for Expressions of Interest from interested parties to redevelop Lot 312 DP753204 at Anna Bay (Port Stephens) for tourism related purposes.
The three and a half hectare site could possibly support a variety of tourism related facilities including cabin and camping, restaurant or tourist information services. The development opportunity will support and further promote tourism within the Hunter region as well as enhance the continuing economic development of the local Anna Bay township.
EOIs were sought from 7 April to 30 May 2008.
