The Department of Lands (Lands) is committed to the responsible management of land across NSW by providing innovative, environmentally aware products and services that are reliable from the ground up.
Lands is passionate about the communities in which we live and work. We are dedicated to supporting community infrastructure, upgrading facilities and supporting business and tourism, community groups and projects through selected sponsorships.
We have strong ties with rural and regional NSW and are committed to acting at a local level to stimulate, strengthen and sustain country communities.
About Lands
Lands is the custodian of all NSW land ownership information, we also practise sustainable management of state-owned lands for the benefit of the community and provide unique, natural settings for everyone to enjoy a range of affordable recreational and leisure experiences.
